Job summary

Chesterfield Surgery Center is hiring a Full Time Operating Room Registered Nurse to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for surgical patients in a high-quality ambulatory setting. The RN ensures safe patient care while complying with professional standards and caring for patients from 1 month to geriatric.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, active MO RN license, circulating experience, ACLS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Circulating experience required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care for patients in accordance with accepted standards.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing standards.
• Care for patients from 1 month to geriatric.

Operating Room Registered Nurse at Chesterfield Surgery Center

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. The RN cares for all ages from 1 month to geriatric.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Circulating experience required
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
