Job summary

Metropolitan Surgery Center is seeking a part-time Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) in New Jersey. The OR Nurse will provide patient positioning, prepping, and circulating during surgeries across ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology cases.

Graduate of an accredited RN program with an active RN license is required. BLS/ACLS/PALS as needed and at least 1 year of circulator experience are preferred to ensure skilled patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Operating Room Nurse provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Experienced in surgical procedures in ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology.

Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) at Metropolitan Surgery Center

The Operating Room Nurse provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Pay Range:$48.00/hr - $58.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
