Job summary

Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team. The Circulating RN will position and prep patients and circulate cases in spine procedures, ensuring patient safety and smooth operative flow.

Qualified candidates have an accredited RN education, an active state RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and at least 1 year of Circulator experience. A sign-on bonus is offered to eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Provide nursing care during surgery and support the team in spine procedures.
• Ensure sterile technique and patient safety throughout operative care.
