Job summary

Same Day Surgery Center of Central Jersey is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to provide nursing care and support during surgical cases. The OR RN will position and prep patients and circulate the case, with experience in Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Urology preferred.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, an active New Jersey RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and at least 1 year as a Circulator.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state (New Jersey).
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position and prep the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the case during procedures.
• Experience in Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology is preferred.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Same Day Surgery Center of Central Jersey

The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Pay Range: $47.00/hr-$55.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
