Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star is hiring an Operating Room Nurse. The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases, positioning, prepping, and circulating the case.

Experience in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Total Joints and Spine procedures is required. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, calls, or holidays, and features a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Strong Orthopedic experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prep the patient, and circulate the case during surgery.
• Experience in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Total Joints and Spine procedures.

Operating Room Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star:

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Total Joints and Spine procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Active RN license in the state
• Strong Orthopedic experience required
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
