Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced perioperative nurse to provide safe perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and postoperative phases. You will prepare and maintain the operating room, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia, and monitor patient condition with timely responses to changes.

The role requires accurate documentation, use of data-driven tools and EHRs, and collaboration with a diverse clinical team to ensure continuity of care and improved patient outcomes.
