Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Six months to one year of clinical experience in hospital or nursing home setting.
• Current Vermont LNA license and CPR training.
• CPR skill validation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in OR preparation, positioning and patient prep under RN/LP supervision.
• Maintain equipment and supply availability; process work orders as needed.
• Observe patient status changes and communicate with the care team.
• Document data in EMR and assist with patient transport when needed.
• Support sterile supply openings and OR room turnover to minimize delays.
