Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to assist in patient care under the supervision of RNs and LPNs. The role includes preparing equipment, assisting with examinations and daily living activities, and ensuring age-appropriate care for patients. A NH LNA license and BLS are required, with training in EKG and glucose meters preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• New Hampshire LNA license and BLS required.
• Training in 12-lead EKG and use of glucose meters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN/LPN and other healthcare providers with examinations and treatments.
• Prepare equipment for procedures as directed.
• Provide basic care related to activities of daily living (bathing, skin care, mobility, nutrition) as directed by the RN/LPN.
