Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures and ensure optimal performance of Stryker equipment. You will set up towers, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with OR staff across shifts.

The role requires OR experience, strong communication, and flexibility to cover multiple shifts and travel within the region. Remote work options exist with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to troubleshoot in high stress settings.
• Ability to cover multiple shifts and travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers and related equipment per surgeon preference.
• Troubleshoot and maintain MIS equipment and assist during procedures.
• Provide post-procedure breakdown and restock supplies; educate staff on usage.
• Support remote/onsite coverage with other accounts as required.
