Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Operating Room Environmental Services Attendant at Nebraska Medical Center on a part-time basis. You will provide high-quality cleaning to ensure a safe, healthy perioperative environment and support hospital staff and patients through diligent hygiene practices.

No prior experience is required; training and development opportunities are available, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work options at some sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain specified areas within the Perioperative Suites. Follow hospital regulations/policies regarding cleaning, biohazard waste disposal, linen distribution, restocking and communication with ancillary departments as needed.
• May be called to assist in an OR suite with limited patient care, i.e., assisting with moving, transporting, or aiding the RN Circulator with limited patient contact.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
