Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Colton, California, seeks experienced Critical Care RNs and Critical Care RN Trainees for Operating Room assignments. The role focuses on caring for critically ill patients, with a pathway to Journey level after training and certifications.

Trainees will advance automatically after the required orientation and courses. Applicants should have California RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of RN experience.

Qualificações

• One year of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed RN (for Trainee and RN roles).
• Must hold and maintain RN licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to critically ill patients in the Operating Room setting.
• Plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to standards of practice.
• Assist in preceptorship/orientation and advance to Journey level upon completion of requirements.
