On a day-to-day basis, you would monitor room turnover and case setup, make room assignments for your team, provide employees with annual performance appraisals, ongoing education and evaluation, serve as a technical resource, train new hires, and manage resources and equipment for your specialty. This position supports the general, plastics, ENT, dental, hand, foot, and ankle service lines.

Position Details

Position: Operating Room Specialty Team Coordinator RN

Shift: Days, Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm

Experience & Education

At least three (3) years of nursing experience in the Operating Room is required. Leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Preceptor, Coordinator, or Manager is highly preferred.

Education:

• RN Diploma or ASN required
• BSN preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• PA RN license or multi-state license verified through the Nursing Licensure Compact
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required
• CNOR certification within 12 months of hire
