Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse - Operating Room Circulator in California. The role provides professional nursing care across the patient age spectrum within the Surgical Services Department and supports care planning with other disciplines.

The nurse may function as a scrub, circulating or float nurse in the operating room, aligning with case requirements and ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current California Registered Nurse license (RN) required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification, recertified every two years required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a scrub, circulating or float nurse in the operating room as assigned.
• Participates in the site identification process and time out on each case.
• Provides an optimal physical and emotional environment for the patient.
• Maintains hospital-wide and departmental policies and procedures, including safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Maintains and meets expectations on time for all competencies, licenses, certifications and education requirements.
• Rotates to PACU, Outpatient Endoscopy Unit and Central Service as assigned, and shares call duty as required.
