Select Physicians Surgery Center is seeking an Operating Room Circulator Registered Nurse to support a range of surgical procedures for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients from 1 month through adolescence. The OR RN will assist with equipment, position patients, and help ensure patient safety and sterile technique throughout the operative process.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited nursing program, an active Florida RN license (or compact, multi-state), and BLS, ACLS, and

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years previous OR experience
• No new graduates or RNs without previous circulating experience will be considered.
• Current Florida License as a Registered Nurse or compact, multi-state license.
• Current in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to operating room nurses.
• Clinically proficient in operating room nursing skills.

• Ear
• Nose
• Sinus
• Throat
• ENT Plastics

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing activities related to the care of the patient experiencing an operative or other invasive procedure.

The OR RN is a resource and provides guidance to non-licensed personnel.

This individual can expect to care for adult patients, including the older adult through geriatric and pediatric patients from 1 month through adolescence.

Required Skills:
