Job summary

W3Global in Salem, NH is seeking an Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate safe, efficient perioperative care across multiple specialties.

The Circulating RN advocates for patients, maintains an organized OR, and ensures the team has the equipment, supplies, and support needed before, during, and after procedures, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire.
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room circulating RN experience.
• Strong perioperative nursing knowledge and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients throughout the perioperative experience.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and team.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and documentation are ready before procedures.
• Maintain a safe, sterile, organized operating room environment.
• Assist in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
