Job summary

LabMinds Staffing & Recruiting, LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join the Surgical Services “I CARE” team. This role provides comprehensive perioperative care—including pre-op, OR circulating, and PACU—for pediatric and adult patients, with after-hours PACU call coverage.

The successful candidate will hold an active Montana RN license or a Compact Multistate license, have a minimum of 2 years in perioperative/OR settings, and maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Montana or Compact Multistate license.
• Minimum 2 years perioperative/OR nursing experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Responsibilities

• Perform OR circulating duties across procedures.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OR circulating duties across a variety of surgical procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care across pre-op, OR, and PACU settings.
• Deliver specialized post-anesthesia care to both adult and pediatric patient populations.
• Provide scheduled on-call PACU coverage for after-hours care needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or a valid Compact Multistate RN license.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in perioperative/OR settings required.
• Required Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
