You will collaborate with OR leadership and perioperative teams to support daily operations and payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks in a dynamic OR setting.

40 hours, day shift with on-call and weekends. Base pay range $23.00–$30.95 per hour, with variation based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of perioperative services experience with administrative responsibilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare or surgical billing practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily OR billing and charge entry in Epic (within 24 hours).
• Review and correct case records, anesthesia and recovery times.
• Serve as a liaison across perioperative departments.
• Support payroll, meetings, scheduling, and administrative functions.
• Ensure vendor and product billing compliance.
• Assist OR leadership with day-to-day operational needs.
