Job summary

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA is seeking an Operating Room Assistant – Surgery. This per diem position offers 8-hour variable shifts and opportunities to support the surgical team.

As an OR Assistant, you prepare rooms, assist in procedures, transport patients and supplies, and participate in daily department activities while delivering age-appropriate care.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire.
• Sufficient related experience.

Wages and Compensation

Pay range: $25.00 – $33.78 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
