Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated staff member to assist nurses with basic patient care in the Operating Room. The role is physically demanding, with 3/12 shifts from 7am to 7:30pm and includes weekends.

Responsibilities include moving surgical equipment, cleaning OR suites, stocking supplies, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and BLS certification.

Summary

Creates a sanitary, safe environment and assists nurses with patient care for the Operating Room (OR).

** Physically demanding role; 3/12's from 7a - 7:30p; includes weekends **

Responsibilities

Assist nurse with providing basic patient care. Assist with moving surgical equipment. Cleans OR surgical suites and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing linens and sanitizing all surfaces. Stocks supplies in surgical suites as necessary or designated.
