Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support the unit director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services on assigned shifts. The ANM oversees clinical and non-clinical caregivers, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements while driving high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers and provide input to the director/manager for performance evaluation.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate unit services and provide managerial presence for all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements; implement and monitor policies and priorities.
• Coach, mentor, and collaborate to deliver quality health care to patients.
