Domino's in Georgia is seeking an experienced Operating Partner to oversee a $1–2 million store operation. You will lead the team, manage costs, ensure high standards, and drive efficient pizza delivery and guest satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, handle staffing and scheduling, manage inventory, and partner with the franchise to grow sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Own or have access to a vehicle for delivery responsibilities.
• Able to direct activities, manage cost controls, inventory, and customer relations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
