Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Operating Partner to run a $1-2 million Domino's franchise operation with a 43-store footprint. The role demands natural leadership, sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, and strong people management, with multitasking across operations, staffing, costs, and guest service.

You will build and mentor teams, manage inventory, scheduling, and profitability while executing company policies and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Must be able to lead and operate in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities, supervise cost controls, inventory, cash and customer relations.
• Lead a team toward goals: sell more pizzas, have more fun, and drive profitability.
• Manage staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, image standards, store cleanliness, marketing.
• Ensure adherence to all policies 100% and coach crew for high performance.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and overall store operations and delivery readiness.
