Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED, 2 years of college minimum preferred
• CFC or Electrical or Mechanical certifications or LC preferred but not required. Others are beneficial.
• Demonstrates expertise in at least two of the following trade areas with a strong working knowledge of all others: Mechanical (physical plant), electrical (switch gear, major/minor electrical), plumbing (general), general carpentry, industrial HVAC, Building Automation System (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Boiler and Chiller experience
• A minimum of at least 5 years total experience in hospital maintenance.
