Job summary

A&S MACHINE is seeking a CNC machine operator with at least 1 year of experience for first shift. You will inspect parts, read blueprints, and use precision tools to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities include machine upkeep, material handling, tooling changes, offsets, coolant and lubricant replenishment, and lifting up to 30 lbs. 45-hour week, Monday-Thursday 7:00–5:30, Friday 7:00–Noon.

Qualifications

• CNC machine operator with 1 year minimum experience.
• First shift only.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect each manufactured part and read blueprints to verify specifications.
• Use inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers and confirm tolerances.
• Maintain machine performance: load raw material, tool changes, offsets and replenish coolants/lubricants; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to visually inspecting each manufactured part, reading blueprints, using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other inspection devices to insure part specifications are met. Keeping your machines running at optimal performance i.e., keeping raw material loaded, tooling changes, offsets, and replenishing machine coolants and lubricants. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

45 hour work week: M-TH 7-5:30 Half day Friday F 7-Noon
