You will operate forklifts and treat cylinders, assist with kilns, and support a team that delivers high-quality pressure-treated products. We offer a 4-day/week shift after probation, competitive pay in the $55,000–$60,000 range, and a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Lumber experience and knowledge required or trainable.
• Strong computer skills and basic software literacy.
• Good communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle production issues.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and rotate roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and treating cylinders (will train).
• Lift 50 lbs. regularly as part of the job.
• Rotate between kilns, treating cylinders, and stacker equipment.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Master activities to produce high-quality pressure treated lumber products.
• Process work orders and update LumberTrack inventory as needed.
• Operate pressure treating cylinder using lumber treating software.
• Load, unload and operate direct-fire kilns.
• Troubleshoot issues during the treating process.
