Job Summary

We are seeking a Forklift Operator/Order Selector to join our team. In this role, you will transport and or select packages and materials throughout the facility. This position requires a dedication to safety and careful driving practices . Ultimately, the goal of this position is to maximize efficiency by ensuring that materials and products are always in the right location at the right time. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Forklift Operator and an excellent safety record.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from incoming trucks and relocate them to the appropriate places
• Move pallets and crates from one location to another
• Order Selection. Must pick orders according to company policy
• Monitor products for damages, shortages, or quality control issues and report on those issues
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal operation
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, legal guidelines, and company policies
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator a must
• Valid forklift certification
• High school diploma/GED
• Familiarity with and ability to use industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail
