• Preparar envíos para diversas regiones, manejando la carga y descarga de vehículos con precisión.
• Ejecutar transacciones diarias de inventario mediante escaneo y actualizaciones en el sistema.
• Reubicar materiales, asistir en la recepción de materias primas y supervisar actividades de liberación de materiales.

Estamos buscando un Especialista de Almacén orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición es vital para nuestras operaciones de almacenamiento, distribución y envío, garantizando la integridad de los materiales, cumpliendo con las políticas ambientales y manteniendo registros precisos de inventario.

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Almacenamiento y Despacho: Recibir, almacenar y despachar eficientemente materiales y artículos no inventariables diariamente, asegurando la integridad de los productos según las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
• Preparación de Envíos: Preparar envíos para diversas regiones, manejando la carga y descarga de vehículos con precisión.
• Gestión de Inventario: Ejecutar transacciones diarias de inventario mediante escaneo y actualizaciones en el sistema según los procedimientos establecidos.
• Manejo de Materiales: Reubicar materiales, asistir en la recepción de materias primas y supervisar actividades de liberación de materiales, asegurando el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Almacén.
• Participación en Conteo de Ciclo: Participar en conteos de ciclo semanales, asumir responsabilidad por los resultados y sugerir acciones correctivas.
• Documentación: Preparar la documentación necesaria para envíos nacionales e internacionales y mantener registros precisos utilizando sistemas electrónicos como SAP.
• Cumplimiento Normativo: Mantener todas las regulaciones de GMP, seguridad, ambientales y gestión de materiales peligrosos.
• Comunicación: Informar oportunamente al supervisor sobre eventos materiales que puedan afectar la continuidad del proceso de fabricación.

Calificaciones:
