Job summary

RSA Tech Group is seeking an experienced OpenText StreamServe / Document Specialist for a remote contract role. The candidate will design, configure, test, and maintain document presentment solutions including invoices, statements, and transactional documents.

Responsibilities include template development with OpenText Workshop, configuring Document Presentment Live and Bill Backer, and integrating with upstream applications. Strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise document composition, document presentment, or customer communications management.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText StreamServe and document composition solutions.
• Experience with OpenText Workshop for document template development and configuration.
• Working knowledge of Document Presentment Live.
• Experience with OpenText Bill Backer and its relevant implementation-specific functionalities.
• Strong understanding of document templates, business rules, data mapping, and document formatting.
• Experience integrating document generation platforms with enterprise applications and databases.
• Knowledge of XML, CSV, flat files, and other structured data formats.
• Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with batch processing, file transfers, application interfaces, and document delivery workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain document composition and presentment solutions using OpenText StreamServe and related document management technologies.
• Develop and configure document templates, business rules, layouts, and formatting requirements using OpenText Workshop.
• Work with Document Presentment Live to support document generation, processing, and delivery workflows, based on the organization's implementation.
• Configure and maintain OpenText Bill Backer functionality according to business requirements.
• Integrate document composition solutions with upstream applications, databases, and downstream delivery systems.
• Develop and maintain document processing workflows for transactional and customer-facing communications.
• Troubleshoot document generation issues, formatting errors, processing failures, and production incidents.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and production validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather and implement document requirements.
• Optimize document processing performance and ensure the accuracy and consistency of generated documents.
• Support application maintenance, upgrades, deployments, and production releases.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration specifications, and operational support procedures.
