Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of customer communications using OpenText Exstream.
• Serve as onsite technical contact for stakeholders, owners, architects, and project teams.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable document designs and mappings.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore teams and ensure best practices.
• Oversee SDLC activities, change management, and release planning.
• Mentor developers on Exstream design, performance, and coding standards.
• Coordinate deployment across dev, test, and prod environments.
