Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with cloud to infrastructure interaction, network, storage, etc.
• 5 years of OpenStack engineering experience.
• Experience configuring OpenStack components like Nova, Glance, Keystone.

Responsibilities

• Engage with project teams to understand technical needs for cloud solutions.
• Review new application onboarding requests for capacity and VM flavor.
• Collaborate with Rackspace Engineers on OpenStack enhancements.
• Ensure solutions meet security standards set by Barclays.
• Track service availability and system capacity using monitoring tools.
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 support escalations and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
