Job summary

The Themesoft Inc. is seeking an OpenShift Administration and Deployment Engineer to join the infrastructure team in the United States.

You will deploy, configure, and maintain OpenShift environments, while optimizing performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Linux system administration experience, strong container orchestration knowledge, and hands-on experience with RBAC, SCCs, and networking.

Qualifications

4+ years of installing, configuring, and managing Red Hat OpenShift or Enterprise Kubernetes.
Strong Linux administration skills, preferably on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Deep understanding of container runtimes and orchestration concepts.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and load balancing in containerized environments.

Responsibilities

Plan, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production.
Administer and troubleshoot Linux hosts supporting OpenShift.
Perform routine maintenance: patching, upgrades, capacity planning, scaling.
Monitor cluster health, performance, and resolve infra issues.
Implement RBAC, SCCs, network policies, and identity integrations.
Configure storage and container networking (OpenShift SDN, OVN-Kubernetes).
Collaborate with dev, QA, and security teams for CI/CD integrations.
