Synechron is seeking an OpenShift / MCP Platform Engineer in Charlotte, NC to support application teams with deploying and managing OpenShift and MCP infrastructure. This hands-on role focuses on platform enablement, onboarding, CI/CD configuration, and developer productivity within Agile teams.

Requirements include a degree in CS/IT/Engineering, substantial OpenShift/Kubernetes and Docker experience, YAML/config management skills, and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

This is a hands-on engineering role embedded within the development team, focused on platform enablement, application onboarding, CI/CD configuration, and developer productivity rather than traditional DevOps operations. Additional Information\\*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
