ManpowerGroup, through Experis, seeks a DevOps Engineer in Charlotte, NC to advance CI/CD automation and OpenShift deployment.

You will configure pipelines with Harness, Jenkins, XLR, Ansible and Artifactory, and support onboarding to YAML, Ansible, and shell scripts.

Strong Linux, scripting, and collaboration with application teams are required; this position is open to W-2 candidates only.

Strong hands-on experience with Harness and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience supporting application teams with Harness adoption, integration, and deployments.
Hands-on experience with XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and OpenShift.
Strong Linux and shell scripting skills, with experience using YAML and configuration management for deployment automation.
Proven CI/CD troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, plus strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Support application teams with Harness onboarding and alignment to enterprise standards.
Coordinate with application and platform teams to address prerequisites, dependencies, and issues.
Configure, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Harness, XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
Support onboarding to XLR and deployment automation, including YAML configurations and Ansible playbooks.
Design, implement, and support OpenShift environments for deployment and scaling, troubleshooting pipeline issues.
