Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer in roadway or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of roadway geometry, grading, and drainage design principles.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and familiarity with DOT standards and CAD workflows.
• Ability to interpret survey data, utility information, and geotechnical reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed roadway and civil site designs using Bentley OpenRoads Designer for DOT, municipal, and private sector projects.
• Prepare 3D corridor models, grading plans, and cross‑sections that integrate with survey and GIS data.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine alignments, profiles, and drainage solutions for constructability.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Support the preparation of plan sets, quantity take‑offs, and digital deliverables for construction bidding.
• Troubleshoot design challenges and propose cost‑effective solutions.
