Base pay range

$90.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is looking for an OpenPages Techno-Functional Consultant. This role is 40 hours a week and fully remote with the possibility of extension or conversion. Summary: As an OpenPages Techno-Functional Consultant at, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the OpenPages Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This hybrid role requires both technical expertise and functional understanding to bridge business needs with system capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to risk, compliance, and governance
• Design and implement OpenPages solutions, including workflows, user interfaces, and data models
• Configure OpenPages modules and integrate with other enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, reports, and dashboards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OpenPages deployments
• Participate in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and project documentation
• Conduct user training and create knowledge-sharing materials
• Stay current with IBM OpenPages product updates and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience with IBM OpenPages implementation and configuration
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and business processes
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and SQL
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Developer - OpenPages certification 1
• WatsonX.gov or WatsonX experience is a huge plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
