Highball Social Club is opening a brand-new dining concept in Pittsburgh and seeks friendly servers to join the opening team. You will be the liaison between the kitchen and guests, ensuring timely service, accuracy, and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Food handler certification required.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a smile and providing warm hospitality.
• Delivering food orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Communicating with guests and responding promptly to requests.
• Refilling beverages and clearing tables to ensure a great dining experience.
• Providing exceptional service and maintaining composure during shifts.
• Exercising good judgment with alcohol service in compliance with local laws.
• Thanking guests and inviting them back after dining.
• Performing opening and closing duties as part of shift responsibilities.
