Job summary

Highball Social Club is seeking enthusiastic Kiosk Servers to join our opening team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You’ll greet guests, assist with kiosk ordering, and ensure smooth service while upholding guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication, and comfort with POS and digital ordering platforms. Flexible evenings and weekends are required to support a brand-new concept.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology, POS systems, and digital ordering platforms.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Take guest orders accurately through our kiosk or point-of-sale system.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, specials, and available options.
• Assist guests with navigating the ordering process when needed.
• Communicate orders and special requests clearly to the kitchen and service team.
• Prepare and serve beverages or other menu items as assigned.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered to guests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk and service area.
• Restock supplies, cups, napkins, condiments, and other service essentials.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service procedures as applicable.
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
