Taco John's in New Ulm, MN is hiring Opening Managers for $15-17/hour with early shifts starting at 6:30am. This full-time role offers 30-40 hours per week (part-time options available 15-30 hours), quarterly bonuses, free food, PTO and major holidays off.

You will lead the morning team, ensure service excellence, and oversee both kitchen and front-of-house operations to keep open-to-close flow smooth and efficient.

• Experience leading a morning team to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage quick-service environments.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts (approx. 6:30am starts).
