Taco John's in New Ulm, MN is hiring Opening Managers for 15-17/hour with early shifts from 6:30am-1:00pm, 6:30am-2:00pm, or 6:30am-3:00pm. Work full-time (30-40 hours/week) or part-time (15-30 hours/week) with quarterly bonuses, PTO, and major holidays off.

As an Opening Manager, you'll lead the morning team, supervise counter and drive-through service, ensure high quality, and foster a fun, fast-paced environment where teammates grow and success is rewarded.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline restaurant team.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Strong customer service skills and guest focus.
• Understanding of basic food safety and quality standards.
