Qualifications

• 1-3 years of bartender experience in a high-volume upscale setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Exceptional guest service skills and strong hospitality passion.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Join the opening team and help establish an exceptional beverage program and bar experience.
• Deliver engaging, personalized service at the bar and throughout the dining room.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage pairings for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar supporting efficient service.
• Collaborate with service, culinary, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.
