Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is hiring Crew Members for daytime shifts in our Virginia locations. The role emphasizes friendly guest interaction, accurate order taking, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. Prior experience is not required, and full training is provided.

You will work with Delivery Partners and participate in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling. Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Keep the restaurant clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Operate ovens, fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment through routine cleaning tasks.
