Big Fish in Myrtle Beach is seeking experienced bartenders for their new seafood restaurant. You will run a high-volume service bar, create excellent cocktails, and ensure top-notch hospitality. Join the opening team and help shape the cocktail menu in a vibrant setting.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of bartending experience and is passionate about delivering great drinks and customer service. Flexible scheduling and a path to leadership roles are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending in full-service, high-volume environments.
• Ability to handle high-pressure service and still maintain quality.
• 21+ and SC responsible alcohol server training required.

Responsibilities

• Run a high-volume service bar and take care of bar guests.
• Build cocktails to specification and manage service-bar tickets.
• Help train new bartenders and ensure compliance with alcohol service rules.
