Job summary

Veeva Systems is accelerating data-driven insights across the life sciences industry. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable crawlers, transforming and validating data, and delivering reliable analytics via the OpenData platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship robust data solutions, create ad-hoc reports, and ensure data freshness and quality for customers. Open to flexible work locations under our Work Anywhere program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst using SQL.
• 4+ years of experience as an analytic engineer using Python.
• Strong understanding of good practices, like version control and code reviews.
• Hands on experience building robust and scalable crawlers.
• Solid understanding of data structures (data frames) and data models.
• Experience modeling, transforming and cleaning of raw data.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain robust, scalable crawlers.
• Build reports, ad-hoc and regularly.
• Integrate extracted data into our OpenData platform.
• Implement data quality and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
