This full-time position is responsible for leading efforts to support scholarly research, manage the university's institutional repository, and advocate for open access. The librarian will supervise staff, provide consultations, and create educational programs while engaging in professional development. Salary is $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in library and information science from an ALA-accredited program.
• Experience supporting scholarly communication or digital scholarship within an academic library.
• Strong interpersonal and instruction skills.
