Job summary

Indiana University Indianapolis School of Nursing seeks an open rank Research Scientist to support a growing portfolio of funded research focused on Serious Illness Care, Prevention and Health Promotion, Quality of Life and Chronic Condition Management, and Community and Health Systems.

The position will work collaboratively with IUSON faculty to lead and collaborate on externally-funded research projects, playing a key role in advancing the School’s research mission.

Qualifications

• PhD in Nursing or a closely related field.
• Experience designing, conducting, implementing, and/or supporting large, externally-funded research projects.
• Evidence of sustained research dissemination (presentations, publications, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate on externally funded grants, contracts, and other research initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in obtaining external grant funding.

• Support the School’s research mission and collaborate with IUSON faculty to lead externally-funded research projects.
