Job summary

University of Pikeville, including Tanner College of Dental Medicine (TCDM), seeks a dynamic educator to join our General Pathology/Physiology faculty at Assistant/Associate/Professor rank. The role focuses on supporting a compressed 3-year DMD curriculum with integrated, systems-based biomedical sciences and clinical applications.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Pathology, Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, or closely related field.
• Experience in health professions education at a doctoral level preferred.
• Familiarity with integrated or systems-based curricula and educational technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach across disciplines in general pathology/physiology.
• Contribute to curriculum development and assessment in alignment with CODA standards.
• Engage in interprofessional education and collaboration across health programs.
• Mentor students and participate in scholarly activity and service.
