Job summary

East Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas invites applications for an Open Rank Professor in Management Science with emphasis on Supply Chain/Operations. This is a full-time, 9-month tenure-track faculty position reporting to the Department of Management, Marketing, and Management Science.

The successful candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate courses, engage in research, and contribute to AACSB accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in a relevant business field.
• Recent terminal degree within past five years and/or peer reviewed journal publications within last 5 years to maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic status.
• Must be able to be qualified as graduate faculty.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review effective teaching/learning processes and curricula.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment as needed.
• Remain current in discipline and update course content.
• Follow university policies and AACSB standards.
• Maintain office hours and student advising.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff and external partners for program development.
• Contribute to department and university service roles.
• Support accreditation standards and faculty qualifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department head or dean.
