Job summary

UNC School of Medicine in Chapel Hill is seeking an Open Rank Geriatrician to join our Division of Geriatric Medicine. The faculty member will contribute to clinical care, education, and research across settings including clinics, SNFs, home care, and inpatient service.

This full-time, onsite position offers opportunities to teach, collaborate with the Center for Aging and Health, and advance aging health initiatives within UNC Health.

Qualifications

• MD or MD-PhD degree.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine.
• Board Eligible/Certified Geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a variety of settings including the Geriatrics Clinic, continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, home care, and the Acute Care of the Elderly Inpatient Service.
• Contribute to education and research within the Division of Geriatric Medicine.

Education
