Rutgers University seeks an Open Rank Physician Assistant program faculty member to advance curriculum design, instruction, and scholarly activity. The role involves course direction, student mentorship, and engagement in accreditation processes.
Under the Program Director, responsibilities include teaching, curriculum mapping, admissions participation, and scholarly work aligned with program priorities. Strong clinical credentials and NJ PA licensure are required.
Principal faculty members play an integral role in the academic and operational success of the program. Under the guidance of the Program Director, they are responsible for advancing the program’s mission and ensuring compliance with ARC -PA standards. This includes active involvement in curriculum design and implementation, student instruction and assessment, academic counseling, admissions, program evaluation, and scholarly and service activities.
