Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in health service psychology (clinical, counseling or school).
• Graduate teaching experience in psychology and experience in clinical practice preferred.
• Active psychology license in Maryland or license-eligible at time of hire.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and practice inclusive pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Psy.D. program with 24 contact hours per academic year.
• Supervise dissertations, advise students, and mentor scholarly activity.
• Engage in service to the department and university; participate in curriculum development and assessment.
• Participate in comprehensive examinations and student evaluations; recruit and support students.
• Maintain scholarly activity and seek external funding as appropriate.
